In the Story: Toji has all the appearance of some evil monster from hell itself, but capable of compassion, sympathy and patience with a child. Romance isn't an option for Toji anymore. Such restraint is bitter pill, for Toji is undoubtedly in love. He faces the world for it everyday as punishment for daring to think that dream was attainable.

"Signs of Toji"

Full of secret motives and stern self-discipline, Toji is quite content to lay low and out of harm's way. He is gambler only if it's a sure bet and rather not waste energy on prey if it stands to overpower him. When overpowered or backed in a corner, Toji fears playing the one trump card that will win the game, but at a hefty price. He would much rather prefer a bit of rum and good company than anything else.

Relationships: Where Toji runs cool Yin, Kai is burning Yang. The two of them are infamously known for shady dealings and schemes.
Patient to a fault, he feels it an honor to have a hand in bringing up the next generation. He trusts a failure you can walk away from is a learning experience.
But due to his other priorities, he has failed to notice Sera pining for him in the worse way.
